Referral and partner terms

Customer referral offer

  • Referred customers must be new to HearthKeep.
  • The first delivery must have a subtotal of at least $200 before discounts and taxes.
  • One referral reward per new customer or household.
  • Credits apply to future firewood deliveries, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to rack purchases.
  • Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
  • No self-referrals.
  • Rewards are issued only after payment is received and the delivery is completed.
  • Canceled or refunded orders do not qualify.

Local partner rewards

  • $25 after the referred customer’s first qualifying paid delivery.
  • An additional $50 after that customer’s third qualifying paid delivery.
  • Maximum total reward: $75 per referred customer.
  • This is a one-time acquisition reward, not an ongoing commission.
  • Each qualifying delivery must meet the $200 minimum before discounts and taxes.
  • Rewards require completed deliveries and received payments.
  • No rewards for canceled, refunded, duplicate, or self-referred orders.
  • Partners should disclose that they may receive a referral reward. Homeowners submit their own contact information and authorize their own service.

How the programs fit together

  • The customer referral offer and partner rewards are separate programs. Each new customer is linked to one referral code, and the two are not combined on the same referral.
  • Negotiated property-manager account pricing and referral rewards are alternative arrangements and do not apply together to the same deliveries.
  • A quote request on its own doesn’t earn a reward. Rewards are reviewed and approved by HearthKeep before any credit or payout is issued.

Can you deliver before I arrive?

Yes. That’s what Arrival Ready is for. Share your arrival date in your request and we’ll confirm a delivery time with you when we schedule.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. Many deliveries can be completed while you’re away, as long as we’ve agreed on property access and where the wood will be stacked. We’ll settle those details during quoting.

Is stacking included?

Yes. We stack your firewood neatly in the agreed outdoor storage location, and stacking is included in your personalized quote.

Can I use my existing rack?

Yes, if it’s suitable for storing firewood. Tell us about it in your request and we’ll confirm. If you’d like an upgrade, we also offer all-metal firewood racks in multiple sizes.

What sizes do your all-metal racks come in?

Our racks are offered in multiple sizes, from options suited to occasional fires to larger wood supplies. Size options are available on request. Ask and we’ll share details and help you choose.

Do all racks include smart monitoring?

No. Standard all-metal racks are sold on their own without monitoring. Smart monitoring is a separate, planned option for our pilot program.

Can I order without a membership?

Yes. Arrival Ready and On-Demand Delivery can be booked as you need them. You can also buy a rack without ongoing service.

How will automatic replenishment work?

HearthKeep Automatic is a planned pilot program. The idea is a smart rack that estimates how much wood remains, helping us coordinate replenishment with you. How it works, where it’s available, and its terms will be shared with pilot participants. Register your interest in the form below.

Can I pause service while my home is vacant?

Ongoing arrangements are agreed with each homeowner, including how to handle stretches when the home is empty. Share your visit pattern and we’ll plan around it.

How much firewood should I order?

It depends on what you burn in, how often you light a fire, and how long you stay. Tell us about your home and visits, and we’ll suggest a starting quantity in your quote.

Do you serve my address?

We serve mountain homes in Cherokee, Graham, and Macon counties in North Carolina and Towns, Fannin, and Union counties in Georgia. Share your property address to confirm service availability. Scheduling and pricing depend on your property’s location and access.
